Email Setup for Outlook
- 1. Go to Tools -> E-mail Accounts.
- 2. Select "Add a new e-mail account" and click "Next". (See figure 1)
- 3. Select "POP3". Click "Next". (See figure 2)
- 4. In the "Your Name" field, enter your Full Name. (See figure 3)
- 5. In the "E-mail Address" field, enter your complete email address.
- 6. In both the "Incoming mail server" and the "Outgoing mail server" fields, enter your domain name.
- 7. In the "User Name" field, enter your full email address.
- 8. In the "Password" field, enter the password associated your email address.
- 9. Click the "More Settings" button. This will open another "Internet E-mail Settings" window.
- 10. Click on the "Outgoing Server" tab.
- 11. Click the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" checkbox. (See figure 4)
- 12. Click the "OK" button to close the current window.
- 13. You should now be at the main window. Click the "Next" button.
- 14. Click the "Finish" button.
