Email Setup for Outlook

  • 1. Go to Tools -> E-mail Accounts.

  • 2. Select "Add a new e-mail account" and click "Next". (See figure 1)

  • 3. Select "POP3". Click "Next". (See figure 2)

  • 4. In the "Your Name" field, enter your Full Name. (See figure 3)

  • 5. In the "E-mail Address" field, enter your complete email address.

  • 6. In both the "Incoming mail server" and the "Outgoing mail server" fields, enter your domain name.

  • 7. In the "User Name" field, enter your full email address.

  • 8. In the "Password" field, enter the password associated your email address.

  • 9. Click the "More Settings" button. This will open another "Internet E-mail Settings" window.

  • 10. Click on the "Outgoing Server" tab.

  • 11. Click the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" checkbox. (See figure 4)

  • 12. Click the "OK" button to close the current window.

  • 13. You should now be at the main window. Click the "Next" button.

  • 14. Click the "Finish" button.
